The menu features authentic pan-Asian dishes prepared with theatrical flair at the sushi bar, robata grill, tandoor ovens, satay grill, tawa griddle, dumpling steamers and more.

The 168 rooms are decorated in his classic, timeless style. Each room is appointed with hand-selected, richly textured, custom-designed furnishings and original artwork.
