On the drinks menu you’ll find some thirst-quenching creations inspired by the fresh fruits and spices of the floating markets of Thailand. There’s a story behind each signature drink, including the deliciously indulgent Cha Dum Yen – Thai iced tea with milk.

Sabai Thai Chef Pang
Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Chef Areewan Larpnikornkul, known as ‘Pang’, discovered her passion for food and cooking at a young age, shadowing and learning the tricks of authentic Thai cuisine from her grandmother. Now, as chef at Sabai Thai, Pang’s cooking style is alternative yet authentic, favouring simplicity with a memorable flavour.
