The first luxury resort on Phu Quoc Island is set against a backdrop of ocean vistas and unspoilt natural surroundings.
Well known for its stunning beaches, untouched natural environment, and relaxed atmosphere, Phu Quoc Island lies in the waters between Vietnam and Cambodia.
Salinda Phu Quoc Island Resort and Spa, which opened its doors at the end of 2014, nestles on peaceful Long Beach, near the town of Duong Dong.
The ultra-contemporary architecture is inspired by rustic local heritage with modern touches.
The resort comprises 121 deluxe rooms, villas, and a special presidential suite, with nature-inspired décor and contemporary design. Every room has a private balcony with hill, garden, and ocean views.
The Salinda Restaurant features an open kitchen, and offers an array of contemporary international cuisine infused with authentic Vietnamese and local flavours from the island, amidst a serene, tropical palm-fringed setting.
Salinda Spa offers nurturing and holistic treatments based on centuries-old healing techniques deeply rooted in Thai and Viet philosophies. The spa features seven treatment rooms, with two Thai-style massage beds, a shower, a bathtub, and a steam room or rain shower. The Health Club commands all-encompassing views of Long Beach and includes an outdoor training and stretching deck.
The Kids Club takes advantage of the resort’s environment and expansive grounds, as well as an indoor playground, with fun activities for children.
Beach activities include snorkelling, diving, water- and jet-skiing, kayaking, and deep-sea fishing. Cookery lessons and yoga classes are also available.
