What’s in my travel bag - Chef Massimo Capra

“I am really very disciplined in my packing – I come from a military background, I did my military service, so I plan my packing with precision. I travel so much that I also like to pack lightly – most people over-pack – but one thing I never leave home without is my moustache comb. I also have to know that wherever I am travelling has a blow dryer nearby as my moustache really needs daily TLC.
I always carry my American Express card! I carry all my documents and my passport in my Roots leather wallet.
I also have a bag of electrical plugs, adapters, and chargers for my various electrical appliances. There is nothing more annoying than being stuck without the one you need.
My favourite shoes for travelling are my ECCO Biom shoes that have been everywhere with me, but I also have a pair of Crocs with me to put on when I am on the plane.
I pack a Gillette Fusion for shaving. Jo Malone 159 is my favourite cologne when I travel because it is light and fresh, and if I travel with my wife, we can both wear it!
