Qatar Duty Free (QDF) boasts an array of innovative retail concepts within custom-built stores whose designs were influenced by extensive feedback from travellers to create a shopping experience quite unlike any other.


The three-time Duty Free News International Travel Retailer of The Year, Qatar Airways QDF area makes full use of Hamad International Airports extraordinary space, embodying a customer-driven experience that encompasses more than 70 diverse retail outlets offering an unprecedented selection of designer boutiques, high-street fashion labels, electronics and gadgets, gourmet foods, concept stores, and curated brands.


QDF occupies 25,000m2 in which custom-designed shops offer goods to tempt a discerning clientele seeking the finest products and produce available in the world.


As well as the new dedicated boutiques from brands including Bally, Burberry, Hermès, Rolex, Tag Heuer, and Tiffany & Co., QDF has also created new retail stores that gather together leading brands in a single, curated retail space.


The unmissable Urs Fischer sculpture of a 7m teddy bear greets passengers in the central atrium, inviting them into an open-plan expanse of exciting and innovative retail concepts that won't be found in such close proximity anywhere else in the world. Driven by a deep understanding of passenger preferences, QDF has gathered the finest shops and products, and laid them out in an atmosphere that is both comfortable and exciting to explore. Pop into Boulevard for trendsetting high-fashion shoes, handbags, small leather goods, scarves, watches, jewellery and designer sunglasses, or ESQUIRE for contemporary high-end fashion from Diesel, Versace Jeans, and Desigual. Here you will also find mens leather goods and accessories, watches, sartorial delights, and even some quirky electronics adorning the shelves. To complete the outfit, there are numerous brands of couture watches and accessories at GMT watches.


For a taste of the good life, pop into Chocology for a delightful sensory overload driven by decadent offerings such as chocolate drinks and dipped foods. There are chocolate varieties exclusive to HIA, and others specially developed by masterful Godiva chefs.


International foods are the order of the day at Marmalade Market, whose objective is to introduce gourmet foods to the non-connoisseur  a first in this part of the world. Fine foods and spices are here for the taking: tastes of where youve been, where youre going, and where you hope to someday visit!


Tech-heads will love the state-of-the-art gear at Pulse, where expert recommendations on smartphones, tablets and health-and-fitness gadgets reign supreme.
