Forget speedboats and powerboats; there’s a new experience on water that makes you feel like you’re flying above it.

Quadrofoil is the first all-electric hydrofoiling personal watercraft (PWC), which cuts its way through water without the usual hull drag of any other propelled aquatic vessel. Your senses are still in touch with the water, but you’re skimming above the surface.

The most impressive aspect of the Quadrofoil is that it uses four C-shaped hydrofoils to propel itself forward and above the surface, gliding above water at speeds of up to 40kph (21 knots).

The quiet electric outboard motor propulsion and special steering system were both custom developed for Quadrofoil. This steering technology stabilises the Quadrofoil and makes it safe and responsive to water without creating drag or drift. Once it reaches a speed of 12kph and becomes airborne, your senses are heightened by its performance and sensitive handling ability.

Environmentally friendly, the watercraft operates quietly and doesn’t produce any waves or emissions, which makes it suitable for lakes, rivers, and seas, as well as marine protected areas. Recharge it within two hours, and enjoy another sensory skim for up to 100km (54 nautical miles).

With touchscreen display and a removable steering wheel that acts as a key, you can enjoy the glide in ergonomically designed seats for two.

Quadrofoil is available for pre-order at US$18,500 for a Q2A Electric Model and US$27,700 for a Q2S Electric Limited Edition.
