This contemporary teapot by Ken Okuyama (former automobile designer at Pininfarina) fuses tradition and modern style.

This lamp by designer Dongho So is inspired by the traditional Korean dining ware ban sang gi. It is made of wood varnished carefully in the traditional way with ottchil, a traditional lacquer. Bowls usually used for rice and soup act as the lamp base and shade, supported by a spoon and set of chopsticks like a small ban sang gi set.
